Kathy
Front Desk
Kathy has worked at Montville Dental Associates for nearly 35 years. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, where she studied Management Information Systems and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. In addition to managing business operations for Montville Dental Associates, Kathy has taught and lectured practice management seminars.
Natalia
Dental Assistant
Natalia brings nearly 17 years of hands-on experience in the dental field and joined Dr. Spatzner’s team in October 2024. Since then, she has been a driving force behind many of the positive changes in our office, always striving to elevate both patient care and team collaboration.
Her passion for dentistry is evident in her eagerness to stay current with the latest techniques and her talent for clearly and compassionately explaining procedures to patients. Fluent in Spanish, Natalia is an invaluable asset to our practice, helping ensure that our Spanish-speaking patients feel fully informed and at ease.
Outside the office, Natalia enjoys soaking up the outdoors, attending concerts and sporting events, and spending quality time with her family.
Lauren
Front Desk
Lauren has been a valued member of our team for the past two years, serving as our receptionist and patient coordinator. With over four years of experience in the dental field as a billing and insurance coordinator and a strong background in customer service spanning more than two decades, she brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to our office.
Lauren holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from William Paterson University and a master's degree in Social Work from Kean University. Her vibrant and energetic personality creates a welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff. While she is a constant presence at the front desk, Lauren is also a versatile team player, frequently assisting in the back as a floater and stepping into any role as needed.
Fluent in Russian, Lauren is deeply committed to patient satisfaction and always willing to support her coworkers. Her passion for the office and genuine love for her work shine through every day. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her loving husband and two wonderful children.
Gianny Hernandez
Dental Hygienist
I’ve been in the dental field since 2002, starting my career as a dental assistant before becoming a dental hygienist. I truly care about each of my patients and always strive to be thorough, gentle, and attentive with every visit. For me, my patients aren’t just names on a schedule – they become like family. Building trust and helping people feel comfortable and cared for is what I love most about my work.

Dental Hygienist
Nicole’s path in dentistry began as a dental assistant, where she discovered how much she enjoyed helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. She also realized how meaningful it is to be part of transforming lives one smile at a time. That experience inspired her to continue her education and become a dental hygienist, a role that allows her to build stronger and lasting connections with patients.Her passion for dentistry is deeply rooted in her own dental journey. Growing up with a missing front tooth and later receiving an implant, Nicole experienced firsthand how much a smile can influence confidence and self-esteem. This perspective guides the way she cares for patients, as she is committed to delivering excellent clinical care with kindness, compassion, and understanding.
